Dining opportunities in Hurstbourne include Bob Evans, Brownie’s The Shed Grille and Bar, Olive Garden and PF Chang’s Chinese Bistro.  While this may seem limited, let’s not forget Hurstbourne Parkway borders the subdivision and is loaded with a dizzying amount of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping opportunities.  Hurstbourne Parkway is just one reason the location of Hurstbourne is really ideal.

The Hurstborne neighborhood also snugs right up to the Oxmoor Farm and the Oxmoor Mall.  The shopping at Oxmoor Mall offers stores like Von Maur, New York and Company, Brighton Collectables, an Apple store and Banana Republic just to name a few.  Once the shopping is done at the mall, it’s easy to hop onto I-264 to get everywhere from the airport to downtown Louisville.  Another highway option is jumping on I-64 right off of Hurstbourne parkway just a minute or two from the subdivision entrance.  It’s incredible that even though Hurstbourne is tucked into it’s own little dreamy, quiet and beautiful subdivision, it’s still in the middle of everything.

The price of homes for sale in the Hurstbourne and Woodlands of Hurstbourne range from the Lower $300,000’s to the Low $500,000’s while homes in Hurstbourne Estates are higher still.  The type of homes in Hurstbourne range from single story to two story to breathtakingly beautiful estates.
